Stanmore Warner Ranch is a 336-unit, class-A apartment development currently under construction in the north Austin suburb of Round Rock, Texas. It will feature six buildings, all served by elevators and conditioned corridors, with parking provided by a combination of surface, tuck-under and garage spaces. The project will include high-end unit and community amenity packages. Preleasing will begin in the first quarter of 2022.
