Robert Burton, CEO of Hoar Construction, and Charles Hazen, President of Transwestern Investment Group are partners in Stanmore and serve on its Investment Committee. The company’s current pipeline includes class-A multifamily projects in Houston, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida.
Scheduled to break ground in Q3 2020, Stanmore River Oaks will be a 184 unit, class-A apartment development located at 2311 Westheimer Road in the desirable Upper Kirby District of Houston, Texas. Situated on a long-term ground lease acquired in 2017, Stanmore River Oaks will be an 11-story concrete and steel-framed structure with large format units and custom home finishes. The project is located within 15 minutes of four major employment centers and is surrounded by luxury retail stores and upscale restaurants.
Currently under construction, Ravella at Sienna is a 292 unit, class-A suburban project within the Sienna Plantation master planned community in Missouri City, Texas – an upscale bedroom community in Fort Bend County. Fort Bend is one of the fastest growing counties in the country, and the project benefits from easy access to major employment centers such as the Texas Medical Center, Downtown Houston and The Galleria.
